One project.
One team.
One person accountable.
Furnishing a property in Thailand usually means coordinating an interior designer, furniture suppliers, joiners, importers, shipping agents and installation crews, each with their own timeline and their own idea of who is responsible.
Kasa8 replaces that complexity with a single team that takes responsibility for the whole project, from the first concept to the last installation.
Know what you are buying, and what it costs, before you decide
The first site visit, the measurements, the preliminary design with 3D renders and the quote are free and carry no obligation. Before you commit to anything, you see the proposed solution, the indicative budget and the main phases of the project.
No minimum project size. No commitment to start. No surprises on cost.

Local production. International brands. The right solution for every project.
Every project is different, so we work with full flexibility. Some pieces are designed and built in our workshops in Thailand, others are imported directly from the brands we represent. On most projects we combine the two.

Produced in our own workshops
Kitchens, wardrobes, joinery and upholstery, drawn by our designers and built in our workshops in Thailand, made to measure for the space and specified for the climate.

Produced by the brands we represent
Seating, sofas and beds, dining, lighting and outdoor collections from Armony, Pedrali, Le Comfort, Terzani, Varaschin, Potocco and Mango, specified by our designers and ordered directly by us.
The value is not local or imported. It is knowing which to use, and combining them to get the best balance of design, quality, budget and delivery time on your specific project. We take that decision with you.
A simpler process, from start to handover
Kasa8 coordinates every stage through a clear, structured process, so you keep design, budget, quality and progress under control.
Dedicated project manager
One named contact who knows your project and stays on it from survey to handover.
Clear, transparent budget
Costs broken down by area, so you can see where the budget goes and where to adjust.
Production and supplier coordination
Workshops, partner brands and trades run on one schedule instead of six.
Quality control
Pieces checked before they leave and again on site, before installation.
Logistics and installation
Transport, assembly and installation handled as part of the project, not as an afterthought.
After-sales support
We stay reachable after handover, and we handle warranty matters with the brands.

Where we work
Phuket · Koh Samui · Krabi. The free site survey, the preliminary design and the quote apply across all three. Delivery, installation and styling are coordinated by the project manager who ran the design. We work alongside Suksan Home and our construction partner when a project also needs building work.
"Kasa 8 provided an exceptional experience for furnishing. Their team is highly professional, guiding through the entire interior design process, from selecting the right Italian brands to the final installation."
"I discovered this company through a friend who recommended it to me. The whole team is incredibly kind and truly knows what they're doing. I've just had my new kitchen installed in my house in Phuket, and I couldn't be happier."
"The quality of their products is outstanding, sturdy, stylish, and exactly as described. Customer service was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process."

The questions we get most
Why use Kasa8 instead of buying directly from separate suppliers?
Because the coordination is the hard part, not the buying. With separate suppliers you are the one holding the plan: matching lead times, chasing deliveries, resolving what happens when a piece does not fit or arrives late, and deciding who pays for it.
With Kasa8 that work sits with your project manager, and the result is one schedule, one budget and one point of responsibility.
When is the best time to involve Kasa8?
As early as you can. If we see the plans before the building work is finished, we can adjust layouts, joinery dimensions, lighting points and power sockets while it still costs nothing to change them.
That said, we take on finished and occupied properties too, and a large part of our work is exactly that.
Can you work with my architect or interior designer?
Yes. If you already have a designer, we work to their drawings and specifications, and take on production, procurement, importing, logistics and installation. If you do not, our own design team handles that part as well.
Can I use Kasa8 for only part of the project?
Yes, and there is no minimum project size. A kitchen, the wardrobes, the outdoor area or a single room are all normal starting points. Many clients begin with one area and hand us the rest once they have seen the first delivery.
Can I manage and approve my project remotely?
Most of our clients do. Design, materials, budget and the main decisions are shared and approved remotely, and the renders exist precisely so you can approve a room you have not stood in. We send progress updates through production and photographs at handover.
Is the first consultation and site survey really free?
Yes, and so are the measurements, the preliminary design and the quote. The preliminary design includes 3D renders, so you see the proposed rooms rather than reading a description of them. There is no cost, no obligation and no minimum project size.
We work this way because a furnishing project is a decision you should be able to evaluate properly before committing, and because we would rather show you the proposal than describe it. The offer applies in Phuket, Koh Samui and Krabi.
Are measurements and the preliminary proposal included?
They are. After the site visit we take the measurements ourselves and come back with a preliminary design, 3D renders and an indicative budget broken down by area, so you can see what is proposed and what each part costs.
When do I need to commit or sign a contract?
Only once you have the proposal and the quote in front of you and have decided to go ahead. Nothing before that point carries a commitment.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope and on how the project is sourced. Pieces made in our workshops run to an indicative 60 days. Pieces from the brands we represent follow that brand's lead time and are ordered at the start of the project, in parallel, rather than at the end.
Both sit inside one project schedule, and we confirm your dates in writing before anything is produced or ordered.
What happens after installation, and who handles warranty?
We finish the space, hand it over and stay reachable. After-sales sits with the same project manager, so you do not have to work out which supplier a given piece came from.
Warranty matters are handled by us with the brand or the workshop, and you deal only with us.
